How much you charge for a build?
A build in itself, can take a few days to few weeks to complete. An example of a kitchen upgrade to comercialize it or repair damage. Custom fabricated stainless wall and door pieces have to be made. Then repairs to tile work or damages need to be done. Usually stainless parts can be applied and bonded over night. The cost result will be from $700 to $1,500 dollars for such an upgrade.
What is your process?
First there will be an initial consultation regarding build. Decide on budget. Deposit is required, Then design will begin, followed by build commencement.
How long is the average job?
Due to the curing time of cements, tile sets, and drywalls. There is often a longer time for full builds due to the amount of work involved. Couple that with dry times, and fabrication/design time. A basic interior or exterior build can go from 1 to 4weeks. This depends entirely on budget of the job and how many changes or additions will or can take place, during a project.
Is a consultation free?
Consultations and the planning stages, are all services that are part of the invoice. Phone consultation or online consultation is pure speculation. An onsite consultation is billable.
